HDFC spurted 1.94 per cent to emerge the top gainer on the BSE in the morning session on Thursday. At 11.10 am the share was trading at Rs 1,305.60 against Rs 1,280.70 at close yesterday.
BHEL steamed up 1.56 per cent at Rs 257.90. The share had ended the overnight session at Rs 253.95.
Reliance Industries gained 1.24 per cent to trade at Rs 1,003 as against Rs 990.75 at close on Wednesday.
Vedanta advanced 1.19 per cent to trade at Rs 178.10 against Rs 176 at close last evening.
Dr Reddy’s Labs perked up 1.18 per cent at Rs 3,473.95 against Rs 3,433.45 at close yesterday.
