IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company on Friday said its board has appointed Kazim Raza Khan as its Chief Executive Officer from May 16, 2019. Kazim Raza Khan was appointed as the manager and key managerial personnel of the company on December 24, 2018. Shares of IL&FS slumped 4.31 per cent at ₹5.55 on the BSE.
