Indag Rubber has agreed to enter into a joint venture with Sun Mobility Pte Ltd, Singapore, and Alberieth EV Services (P) Ltd. The company will have 90 per cent economic stake in the JV with an investment of ₹13.5 crore, while Sun Mobility will invest ₹1.5 crore. Indag and Sun Mobility will not transfer their stakes to any other party for three years from the closing date. The JV is to leverage the capabilities and synergies of each other for electric mobility infrastructure services.
The share was trading at Rs 113.90, up Rs 1.60 (+1.42%) on the BSE on Thursday morning.
