Shares of KPR Mill will turn ex-date for the proposed buyback on Tuesday.
The company plans to buy back up to 13.35 lakh shares at ₹810 a share. Investors who wish to participate in the buyback, need to own them by Monday, as the company has fixed March 7 as the record date.
Certain members of the promoter group have expressed their intention to participate in the buyback offer, which would be on proportionate basis through the tender route.
