The board of directors of KPR Mills will meet on Monday to consider the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2019; recommend dividend, if any; and a proposal for buyback of equity shares of the company. Shareholders would be keen to know the buyback size, price and number of shares to be bought back. Besides, the mode of buyback — from open market or through tender offer route — and promoters’ desire for participation in the exercise would be watched.
