Ankur Drugs and Pharma Ltd's board of directors has decided to issue NCDs for up to Rs 100 crore and share warrants for up to Rs 40 crore.

Kilburn Office Automation Ltd has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Kyocera Mita India Private Ltd, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Kyocera Corporation, Japan, to divest the copier division undertaking to them as a going concern on a slump sale basis, subject to fulfilment of conditions precedent. The transaction is expected to be completed by August 31.
