The offer-for-sale by Sheela Foam promoters - Rahul Gautam and Tushaar Gautam, will open on Wednesday (to institutional investors) and on Thursday (retail investors). Together they will sell 42.33 lakh shares, representing 8.68 per cent of the paid-up equity shares. The issue, at a floor price of ₹1,100 a share, also has a greenshoe option. The sellers plan to sell an additional 4.878 lakh shares each, to retain oversubscription. This will help promoters achieve minimum public holding target.
