Shares of Orbit Exports will remain in focus, as its board will meet on Friday to decide on a buyback proposal. The quantum, buyback price and mode of offer (open market or tender route) will be the key focus among investors. Besides, shareholders will also look to promoters’ intent to participate in the buyback. Promoters currently hold 61.75 per cent stake in the textile major, while retail investors own 11.80 per cent and HNIs 17.57 per cent stakes.
