Shares of RITES will be in focus, as it has secured additional work of ₹294.67 crore from the Ministry of Railways for doubling of the Dharmavaram Penukunda rail lines (41.5 km) in South Western Railways.
Earlier, South Central Railways had awarded it ₹666.38-crore worth orders for doubling work for the 90.2-km Dharmavaram Penukunda rail lines. The work has been awarded on cost plus basis in which RITES will be paid fee at the rate of 8.5 per cent of the cost of work.
