The board of directors of PC Jeweller will meet on Thursday to consider a proposal of buyback of its shares. The company had earlier decided to consider the buyback proposal, along with approval of financials, and recommendation of dividend, if any, on May 25. The promoters currently hold around 58 per cent and LIC 1.93 per cent, March quarter-end data reveal. The stock, which had hit a low of ₹95.05 on May 3, has since recovered.
