Shares of Tech Mahindra, the IT services arm of M&M, will see market attention on reports that it has agreed to buy Italian car designer Pininfarina. Shares of Pininfarina were suspended from trading earlier on Monday pending a statement, the Italian stock exchange said. In a post-market-hours disclosure, Tech Mahindra has confirmed the buying of Pininfarina, which has designed cars for Ferrari, Maserati, Rolls-Royce and Cadillac.
