The board Reliance Infrastructure will meet on Monday to consider raising long-term funds via issue and QIP. The company, which intends to focus on renewed opportunities in high-growth engineering, procurement and construction business, plans to strengthen its net worth and capital adequacy and enhance the ability to avail non-funded lines of credit. Shareholders would be keen to know the quantum of fund-raising and pricing of the issue.
