Shares of Smartlink Holdings, formerly known as Smartlink Network Systems, will turn ex-date on Thursday for the proposed buyback. The company plans to purchase 56 lakh equity shares (being 24.83 per cent of the total paid-up equity share capital of the company) at a price of ₹120 a share for an aggregate amount of ₹67.20 crore. The buyback will be done through the tender route and investors need to own the shares by Wednesday to take part in the buyback.
