Shares of Vascon Engineers will remain in focus, as the company has signed a pact with Lina Ashar Foundation Mumbai, to develop a built-to-suit property (Billabong High International School) in Pune. Under the agreement, Vascon will construct and deliver a total built-up area of about 135,000 sq ft on long-term lease to Lina Ashar Foundation in phases. The transaction was advised and facilitated by Jones Lang Lasalle Property Consultants. However, no financial details were disclosed.
