As many as 26 candidates are to appear for interviews next week for the post of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at five large public sector banks.
The five public sector banks include Punjab National Bank, Canara Bank, Bank of India and Bank of Baroda.
The interviews for the post of Managing Director & CEO will be held on June 15 and 16, sources said.
At least seven existing executive directors of various Public Sector banks are part of the 26 candidates shortlisted for the interview, which may involve three independent panels.
