The Central Government has nominated Anjuly Chib Duggal, Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, as a Director on the Central Board of Directors of the Reserve Bank of India.
Duggal comes in the place of Hasmukh Adhia. Currently, Adhia, who was earlier Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, is Revenue Secretary.
RBI, in a statement, said Duggal’s nomination is with effect from September 3, 2015 and until further orders.
