CRIF, the majority stakeholder of CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services, on Wednesday announced the launch of a new centre for predictive analytics and decision solutions in Pune.
The new centre will directly support clients in India, South East Asia and West Asia, as well cooperate with CRIF offices in other geographies such as Europe, Russia, North and Central America, CRIF said in a statement.
The centre will primarily service Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and Telecom sectors. The services and solutions will cover customer’s entire lifecycle from marketing, acquisition, risk assessment, customer management and collections.
Kalpana Pandey, MD & CEO, CRIF High Mark, said CRIF already has a growing presence in India through CRIF High Mark, a full service credit bureau covering all borrower segments – MSME and Commercial, Retail Consumers and Microfinance.
"This new centre is helping us present our customers a more complete offering - a one-stop shop for all credit management and data related needs," she said.
With presence in four continents, CRIF is a global specialist in credit information systems, business information and credit management solutions.
With its Models and Decision solutions, CRIF globally supports over 500 million decisions every year.
"In the past months, we have recruited the best Indian talent and trained them in CRIF advanced technologies and international best practices, and are now equipped to support our clients in India to stay ahead of the competition,” said Ubaldo Tambini, Director, CRIF Credit Solutions - Asia & Middle East.
He added that CRIF will continue to invest in India due to its rich talent pool and open to innovation environment. India will soon be not only a large offshoring hub but also a leading competence centre within CRIF organisation.
