Credit rating agency Crisil has reported a flat growth in its consolidated net profit at Rs 45.98 crore in the first quarter ended March 31, 2011, against Rs 46.15 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
Consolidated total income in the reporting quarter stood at Rs 178.77 crore (Rs 143.35 crore in Q1 Calendar Year 2010). The company's board of directors has declared an interim dividend of Rs 27.50 per share.
