The Supreme Court has referred to a Constitution bench AAP’s petition for dissolution of the Delhi Assembly and to hold fresh elections.
Pendency of the case would not prevent the Lieutenant Governor from taking any decision regarding dissolution of the Assembly, the Supreme Court said.
