Cyient, the city-based engineering solutions company, has signed an MoU with the Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK) to collaborate to improve the employability of engineering students. The two organisations will work on a ‘train-and-hire’ model for fourth-year students of mechanical, electrical, electronics, and aeronautical domains in the TASK registered engineering colleges. The TASK has been set up by the Telangana government to equip the graduate students with skills that can make them industry-ready. “We have designed various training modules across these domains to help students get practical industry exposure.” Ramanand Puttige, Vice-President (Human Resources) of Cyient, said.
