NBCC on Thursday bagged a₹463-crore order from Indian Institute of Management-Visakhapatnam to develop the campus, according to a statement issued by the company. The company will work as a Project Management Consultant (PMC) for development of a permanent campus in phase one which will include academic, residential and administration blocks as well as library, labs, sports and other common facilities. The campus is to be developed on 230.25 acres with built-up area of 60,384 sq m, the company will complete the project within 30 months. “The company has extensive experience in delivering world class educational and healthcare institutes,,” said Anoop Kumar Mittal, CMD, NBCC.
