The initial public offering of ICICI Securities will open today. The price band has been fixed between ₹519 and ₹520 a share. Bids can be made for a minimum lot of 28 equity shares and in multiples of 28 thereafter. The issue closes on March 26.

Kerala's two-day global digital summit kicks off today. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the summit, #Future. As many as 2,000 professionals, entrepreneurs and academicians are expected to participate in the event aimed at charting out a road map to position Kerala as a hub for digital innovation and investment. Raghuram Rajan, former RBI Governor and Nandan Nilekani, co-founder and non-executive chairman of Infosys, are among the key speakers.

Air India will launch a thrice-a-week service to Tel Aviv, starting today. Air India had announced the service after Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Saudi Arabia had allowed India to fly over its territory. Air India will fly over Oman, Saudi Arabia and Jordan to reach Israel, taking seven hours to the destination, making it the fastest air route between the two countries.

German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier will arrive in India on a four-day visit. The visit is the first major outreach from Germany after the new government led by Chancellor Angela Merkel was sworn in on March 14. The German President will be accompanied by a CEO delegation, Indologists, and a media delegation.

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia will present the budget today. The government has decided to come up with a multi-department action plan in this year’s budget, which is being projected as Delhi’s first Green budget by the city administration.
