The ruling BJP will release its “game changer” manifesto on Saturday. The ‘Sanklap Patar’ will be released by BJP president Amit Shah. Saturday is the last day of campaigning for the first phase of polling for 18 assembly seats in Chhattisgarh on Monday. The second phase, for the remaining 72 constituencies, will be held on November 20.
The first list of Congress candidates for the December 7 Assembly polls in Telangana will be out. There aree 119 Assembly seats. Telugu Desam Party will contest in 14 constituencies, Telangana Jana Samiti (TJS), eight and CPI, three. The alliance comprises the Congress, TDP, TJS and CPI.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the 83-km-long Kundli-Manesar section of the Western Peripheral Expressway via remote control. Nearly nine years behind schedule, the expressway will become fully operational on Saturday. The 53-km-long Manesar-Palwal section was opened to the public two years ago. Forming a ring around the National Capital Region, the Eastern Peripheral Expressway (connecting Kundli, Ghaziabad and Palwal) and the Western Peripheral Expressway (Kundli, Manesar and Palwal) were conceived to ensure that non-destined commercial vehicles do not enter the city limits of Delhi. The Eastern Peripheral Expressway is already open.

The second edition of ‘Make In Odisha’ conclave begins. Top industrialists, including Mukesh Ambani, N Chandrasekaran, Kumar Mangalam Birla, are expected to attend. Industry delegations from at least six countries -- South Korea, Japan, Germany, France, Saudi Arabia and UAE -- will be present at the state’s mega business meet in Bhubaneswar. The conclave will showcase the potential of the state in different sectors. The previous Conclave was held in 2016 where the state had received investment proposals worth Rs 2 lakh crore.
India and West Indies will play the third and final T20 International at the MA Chidambaram stadium in Chennai. India has already sealed the T20 series by winning the first two matches in Kolkata and Lucknow respectively.
