The Bombay High Court is to resume hearing on a key plea by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority. The petition challenges the recommendations of the fare fixation committee, which had allowed a hike in fares for the Mumbai metro service. The panel had given the nod for fares up to ₹110 for the service which runs from Versova to Ghatkopar.
