The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations’ of India (Credai) today announced its plans to host a three-day real estate meet during August 29-31 at the Hitex facility in the IT hub of Hyderabad.
Credai said that during the property show to be inaugurated by the Telangana Chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, some important announcements are expected by the new Government to support the growth of the real estate sector.
N.Jaiveer Reddy, President, Credai Hyderabad, said that the show is being organised by Credai just before the festive season to showcase a wide range of projects at various stages of construction in the city. This is the best time to purchase property as the Telangana Government is all out to enhance the brand image of Hyderabad and seeking to attract investments.
More than 150 properties will be presented for potential customers, he said.
S. Ram Reddy, General Secretary, Credai, Hyderabad, said, “The property prices have been are ruling steady for quite to long and now there is potential for increase. The cost of construction has gone up by nearly 30 per cent. Even if there is a hike of 15 per cent, builders will not be able to break even.”
“We believe it is an attractive time to purchase property as the prices are poised to go up,” he said.
