The fourth phase of Ananya’s Nana Nani Homes for senior citizens is proposed at Somaiyanpalayam near Vadavalli. This would be Ananya Shelters (P) Ltd’s second project in Vadavalli and the fourth in Coimbatore.
The construction of new project has just commenced and so have the bookings, Uma Maheshwari Yuvaraj, Director, Ananya Shelters told BusinessLine .
“It is coming up on a 7.5 acre. There will be 300 (2 BHK and 3 BHK) units, including individual houses and apartments. We expect to complete this phase in 2017,” she said.
The estimated outlay is ₹200 crore. The company, which forayed into homes for senior citizens in 2011, has since completed three projects — two in Thondamuthur and one in Vadavalli.
The inauguration of the project (phase III) at Dhaniyur near Thondamuthur is slated for November 15. “We will be handing over the key to the respective buyers on that day. There are 287 dwelling units with all amenities such as a swimming pool, shuttle court, 2-bedded in-house clinic and so on.
