Karnataka has sought Rs 3,800 crore drought relief from the Centre.
State’s Agriculture Minister Krisha Byre Gowda called on the Union Minister for Home Affairs Rajnath Singh in New Delhi and appealed to him to release Rs 500 crore immediately to take up relief works.
