Thiruvananthapuram-based Vowstay Specialty Stays has launched a Kerala-specific hotel room aggregator app, VOWSTAY.

It is an exclusive platform that facilitates hotel booking in Kerala from anywhere, says Jebi Isaac Muttuvelil, Director, Vowstay Specialty Stays.

INTRODUCTORY OFFER

As an introductory offer, the company would offer up to 65 per cent discount on market prices at select 200 hotels. The offer will be passed on to those who make early bookings. Further, it would also provide free hotel bookings worth Rs 50 lakh to people who share and promote the VOWSTAY app among friends.

The app can be downloaded on Google Playstore. Launch of the the App Store version will happen soon, Muttuvelil said.

The app enables customers to book budget, comfort, premium, and luxury hotel rooms at the best rates. It also provides an option to choose hotels, resorts and home stays.

Parent company Direct Publishers has been publishing telephone directories, yellow pages, and commercial/industrial directories for the past 17 years.

GOOGLE MAP-LINKED

Jebi Isaac said that the new app allows a traveller to explore all destinations in Kerala, district-wise, against featured descriptions and photos of the destinations. "All 650 tourist destinations in Kerala are linked with Google Maps and anyone can route their destinations with ease through this app," he said.

Sunil Kumar TK, Director, Vowstay Specialty Stays, said that the company has tied up with more than 1,000 hotels already. The company will tie up with 1,000 more by the year-end.
