To improve the indoor quality in Delhi’s school classrooms, Philips India on Thursday announced to install over 10,000 units of air Purifiers in 200 public and private schools across Delhi NCR.
After the launch in Delhi NCR, Philips also plans to introduce Air Purifiers to schools in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Lucknow in a phased manner.
“With this initiative, we hope to make a difference to the lives of Delhi’s school children by helping in significantly improving the air quality in the classrooms. This will undoubtedly lead to the raising of healthier students who, in turn, will be better prepared for the challenges ahead,” said Gulbahar Taurani, Marketing Director for Philips Personal Health Indian subcontinent.
