Young Indians (Yi) Bangalore (an integral part of CII) has come up with a unique idea to incentivise and encourage urban voters, especially in Bengaluru. Yi is an integral part of CII, which was formed in 2002 with the objective of creating a platform for young Indians to realise the dream of a developed nation.
In the last one month, the Yi team has reached out to major brands across Bengaluru and has convinced them to join the noble cause of giving discounts to voters who exercise their right and fulfil their duty in this election season.
#ShowTheInk campaign encourages citizens of Bengaluru to step out, cast their vote and elect a representative of their choice, and in so doing be rewarded with discounts from leading brands and outlets in the city.
More can be had on the website www.showtheink.in .
Young Indians (Yi) Bangalore has associated with the following brands in the city: Anand Sweets (is offering one beverage free), Sankara Eye Hospital (discount of up to 50 per cent off on consultation fees), Inlingua (5 per cent discount), BodyCraft Saloons (discount of 10 per cent or up to Rs 500), Origami (10 per cent discount), Flying Squirrel Micro Roastery (discount of 10 per cent on coffee packs), Big Wong (discount of 5 per cent), Slug (discount of 5 per cent), Brown Apron (Rs 50 off on orders above Rs 500) and Pataka Mannar’s (Rs 50 off on orders above Rs 500).
