The Tamil Nadu Government sought to establish a collaborative agenda with Kerala industries and investors by kicking off the third leg of its national road show in Kochi ahead of the Global Investor Meet (GIM 2015).
Speaking on the occasion, Vijay Pingale, Joint Secretary, Industries Department, Tamil Nadu invited Kerala Government to jointly develop strategies for coordinated industrial, infrastructural and finance development, especially for the MSME sector in the run up to the GIM 2015.
Rajeev Ranjan, Principal Secretary to Government, Highways and Minor Ports Department stressed the need to enhance inter-port transit road and rail infrastructure to boost export oriented manufacturing.
The programme is organised by the Tamil Nadu government with FICCI as the event partner. The next road show is scheduled to be held in Jaipur on July 10.
