Provident Housing Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Puravankara Group, has announced the launch of the second phase of its premium affordable housing project in Hyderabad, more than six months ahead of its proposed launch.
The real estate company is to launch the second phase by October as phase I with about 500 apartments of the 2.3 million sq.ft. four-phase project has already been booked.
The project has received an overwhelming response. This indicates a strong appetite for premium 2 and 3 BHK homes priced below Rs 55 lakh, Anand Narayanan, KB, President, Sales and Marketing, Puravankara Projects, said.
The company has partnered with Tata Projects for execution of the housing project located close to the Outer Ring Road and IT hub of Hyderabad.
Provident Housing has closed bookings for Kenworth Phase 1. The launch of Phase 2, originally scheduled for March 2017, has now been advanced to October 2016 to meet the demand from new customers.
Kenworth by Provident is an integrated lifestyle district providing a holistic living experience with fine homes, cafes, boutique shopping and smart offices within a single large campus.
The realty company is at an advanced stage of completing a commercial project in the IT hub with 6 lakh sq.ft. of built-up space.
