Land Marvel, a Chennai-based developer, has come up with a trend novel residential project “Solaray” over nearly five acres in Perumbakkam, close to Sholinganallur Junction.
It offers buyers an environment friendly, solar powered living, says a press release from the company.
The project is planned with 360 homes of 600-1500 sq ft in eight blocks and in the price range Rs 36 lakh to Rs 80 lakh.
Built on a gated community model, Solaray will have 150 units two-bedroom and 210 three-bedroom houses engineered to tap solar energy to meet as much as one-fourth of daily power needs and for more than two and a half decades. This helps cut down the expenses and dependency on conventional power.
