VGN Developers has launched a 20-acre residential project at Thirumullaivoyal, an industrial suburb to the west of Chennai.
The township project, “Stafford,” will offer one to three-bedroom-hall-kitchen houses ranging between 572 sq.ft ans 1,576 sq.ft priced in the range of Rs 25 lakh to Rs 60 lakh. The project will offer over 1,166 apartments on 24 blocks of stilt plus four-floor towers, a 42,000 sq.ft club house and a 15,000 sq.ft of retail space.

The project is just 3 km from Ambattur OT and is close to schools, colleges, industrial and IT companies and hospital facilities. Social infrastructure is well-established in the western suburbs of Chennai. The area is also well-connected by road and rail to the rest of the city.
Stafford offers the benefits of quality living at an aggressive price. It is located well ahead of Avadi, a further suburb and adjacent to Ambattur, he said.
Ambattur today has become a central hub of the engineering and IT industry, and is close to Mogappair and Anna Nagar. With train services and bus services facilities close by, Ambattur is all set to become one of the best destinations to live in proximity to the City. VGN Stafford will be ready for occupancy by the mid-2015.
