Everything one can think of – Laptop, Desktop, iPAD, Blackberry, Samsung Galaxy SIII, Executive Telepresence, iPOD Touch, iPOD Nano to lead a productive and effective life at work and play.

Samsung Galaxy SIII

What is your dream machine?

All in One Device – probably iPAD mini or Samsung Note, which is also almost getting there.

My dream machine is Porsche Panamera (car) and my dream watch is the latest Panarai limited edition

What do you not like about technology?

It can be too intrusive these days in your personal life.

What apps or tools are you addicted to?

Webex for collaboration, BBM and What’s App as messenger platform to talk to peers, friends and colleagues. I am also an avid user of Facebook to keep track of my global and local friends and relatives. And I still use SMS as needed... Data Hogger but not a real gadget freak.

BBM down for few days in India

What’s the biggest tech success according to you?

Cloud/ Virtualisation is the biggest paradigm shift the industry is witnessing and it will change the way we live, learn, work and play.

One instance where technology solved your problem.

I had to be on a ad hoc but urgent business meeting using video. I was on a remote Island on holidays but the Island had decent internet connectivity. With the HD Camera on my laptop and leveraging Jabber client using Cisco Collaboration platform I was able to have a successful HD Video call and got the nod to proceed ahead on an important project. Technology sure works and solves so many issues.
