AirAsia to hold travel expo, recruit cabin crew at Madras Market Fair

AirAsia, the title sponsor of Madras Market Season II, is organising a travel fair at Wesley Grounds, Chennai, this weekend (Augsut 10-11). Visitors can get up to 20 per cent discounts on select AirAsia flights to Malaysia and Thailand.
Aspiring flight attendants can attend AirAsia India’s walk-in interview on Saturday, 11am-2pm.
For those who would like to travel between August 20 and October 31, return all-inclusive fares include: Chennai-Kuala Lumpur, starting Rs 10,444, and Chennai-Bangkok, starting Rs 8,444. A 20 per cent discount is available on select domestic flights within Malaysia and Thailand andas select flights on low-cost long-haul affiliate AirAsia X to Australia, China, Japan, Taiwan and Korea.
Bookings can be made at Madras Market (11am-7pm) on Wesley Grounds, Royapettah. Madras Market is a one-stop destination for food, rock concerts and other fun activities .
For the interview, male and female candidates must be between 20 to 35 years old, possess the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and be fluent in oral and written English, plus the local language.
Experienced flight attendants or fresh graduates of any discipline are also welcome to attend. Applicants need to bring along a completed application form available on AirAsia's Web site.
