Walmart India on Wednesday said it has expanded its B2B e-commerce platform to Jammu. It said Jammu’s Best Price Modern Wholesale store has now become its tenth store to enable e-commerce facilities for its members, since its launch in July last year. The retailer is looking to launch the B2B e-commerce platform in Amritsar later this month, completing the launch phase in Punjab. Krish Iyer, President and CEO, Walmart India, said: “This initiative is aimed at enhancing our members’ shopping experience by integrating physical and digital store presence.” The e-commerce platform is already running in nine Best Price stores.
