While we fret and fume about the Government’s irresponsible attitude to corruption, the debate rages over Delhi University’s decision to switch to a four-year undergraduate programme from July onward. Why the hurry to change? Why the reaction of shock and awe? What do you, the students, have to say? Come on, let’s try and understand what this means from all perspectives.
