Hindustan Unilever has emerged as the most preferred employer of choice across all sectors for the 2014 graduating batch of B-School students, according to the Nielsen Campus Track-B School Survey. The FMCG giant also retains the ‘dream employer’ status for the fifth year running, says a press release. HUL has been ranked numero uno for marketing, non-marketing and non-finance profiles. HUL has been ranked significantly higher than other companies on all the employment drivers, it says. This is the 14th year of the Nielsen campus track B-school study. HUL says this achievement is a recognition by students of the consistent actions HUL has taken over the years to build mutually beneficial relationships and engagements with the student and academic community. “HUL also reaches out to students to understand their needs and expectations on the medium that they spend most time on; Unilever Diaries, with a fan base of approximately 3.5 lakh, is a testimony to our strong presence on social media,” says the company.
