Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has sold and transferred the factory building along with fixtures and fittings located at Hyderabad for a total consideration of Rs 16.6 crore.
The necessary documentation for transfer of the property has been executed and registered with the Sub-Registrar's office on February 26, the company has informed the BSE.
The company has in January secured the nod from the company shareholders’ through a postal ballot. Following the nod from the shareholders, it has sold the company property located in Nacharam in Hyderabad.
