Direct-to-Home service provider Dish TV has tied up with global communications major Broadcom Corporation, to power its upcoming generation of set-top boxes. Dish TV expects its new devices to deliver increased high-definition content to its subscribers. “Broadcom offers the technology we need to enable our subscribers to enjoy the ever expanding array of television content and interactive services available for home entertainment and information,” said Rajiv Khattar, Dish TV President-Projects, in a statement. Dish TV India has about 15 million subscribers on its platform.
