Hyundai Motor India today launched a special edition of its compact sedan Xcent, priced between Rs 6.25 lakh and Rs 7.21 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), to commemorate its 20 years in India.
The Xcent Special Edition, which would be available in both petrol and diesel, comes with boot lid spoiler and side body graphics for enhanced sporty appeal.
“It has been a momentous two decades for Hyundai in India...It is our continuous effort to gauge changing customer preferences and keep introducing new technology in our products to offer high value to our customers,” HMIL Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing Rakesh Srivastava said in a statement.
The vehicle will be available in ‘S’ trim with both petrol and diesel variants, in pure white and sleek silver colour options.
The company is confident that the special edition of Xcent will further enhance the excitement among the customers, Srivastava said.
The company has so far sold around 1.2 lakh units of the car since its launch two years back.
