Jeremy Pearson has been appointed Managing Director, Tenant Advisory Group (TAG), Asia-Pacific, of global real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield.

According to the company statement, this new position is part of the global initiative to create cross border alignment and collaborative delivery platform for corporate occupier clients.

Based in Hong Kong, Jeremy will be responsible for leading Cushman & Wakefield’s tenant representation business across the Asia Pacific region with focus on creating and servicing cross border opportunities from across the globe.

Jeremy has approximately 23 years of real estate experience across Asia and Europe in both Tenant Representation and Capital Markets. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, he held senior management roles at various firms including FPD Savills, DTZ and Deloitte Real Estate.
