Oberoi Realty has reported a 31.73 per cent increase in its net profit at Rs 134.46 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2012.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 102.07 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year, Oberoi Realty said in a filing to the BSE.
Net sales during the third quarter also went up 53.34 per cent to Rs 284.79 crore from Rs 185.72 crore in the year-ago period.
