Pharma major Sun Pharmaceutical Industries today reported a 59.19 per cent dip in consolidated net profit to Rs 912.12 crore for the quarter ended on September 30, 2017 compared to the year-ago quarter.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 2,235.14 crore for the corresponding period of the previous fiscal, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries said in a filing to BSE.
Consolidated total revenue from operations stood at Rs 6,650.34 crore. It was Rs 8,260.11 crore in the same period of previous year.
Shares of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries today closed at Rs 526.15 on BSE, down 1.19 per cent from the previous close.
