Former Oil & Gas Minister Veerappa Moily termed Finance Minister Arun Jaitley's Bugdet as "A Rs 100 crore, zero vision Budget."
Giving the Budget 5/10, Moily said there were no new ideas. "It does not reflect the aspirations raised by Narendra Modi. The stretch is expansive, but it lacks focus. The detailing that has been done could have been done by Ministries,'' he added.
The Congress leader from Karnataka said: "Everything has been diluted and watered down. Even for governance, the top agenda of Narendra Modi, only Rs 50 crore has been allocated."
