Homedale Estate’s Pekoe Dust, auctioned by Global Tea Brokers, topped the Dust tea auction and the entire CTC market when Shreeji Traders bought it for ₹213 a kg.
In CTC Leaf tea auction, Homedale Estate’s Broken Orange Pekoe, auctioned by Global Tea Brokers, topped at ₹191. Darmona Estate’s Broken Orange Pekoe Large followed at ₹186.
In the orthodox market, Chamraj topped at ₹271 a kg followed by Kodanad and Kairbetta at ₹244 each and Havukal ₹212.
