Rubfila International has entered into a long-term agreement with Abhisar Buildwell, Agartala, Tripura, for an exclusive manufacturing arrangement.
Under the deal, Abhisar Buildwell will manufacture rubber threads exclusively for Rubfila.
The arrangement will come into effect from October 1, 2014, Rubfila said in a filing to the stock exchange.
