Cipla maintained its firm trend to stay ahead of the pack on the NSE near close on Wednesday. At 3.30 pm the pharma stock was up 2.94 per cent at ₹425.10 as against its previous close at ₹412.95.
Hindalco Industries gained 2.55 per cent to quote at ₹166.80. It finished yesterday’s session at ₹162.65.
Kotak Mahindra Bank was firm but off its morning highs. It was up 2.45 per cent at ₹960.25 as against ₹937.25 at close on Tuesday.
Lupin spurted 2.34 per cent at ₹999.15 as against its overnight close at ₹976.35.
United Spirits bubbled up 2.01 per cent in late trading at ₹2,802.40. The stock had closed yesterday’s session at ₹2,747.20.
