Octave Hotel & Spa has launched its second property in Bengaluru on Sarjapur Marathahalli Outer Ring Road.
“This is the group’s second property located within 4 kilometers away from each other and is aimed to share resources, optimise costs, and increase inventory in the region,” said Siddharth Goenka, executive director, Octave Hotel & Spa.
The hotel has 40 rooms for business travelers equipped with high-speed Wifi connectivity along with several sizes of banquet halls available for meetings and conferences.
The Marathahalli-Sarjapura Outer Ring Road has been buzzing with corporate and IT activity, with several new companies like Adobe, Flipkart, Accenture, and Intel acquiring large office spaces.
“This has led to an increase in demand for residential and hospitality projects in the micro-market leading to mushrooming of many hotels and apartment complexes along the Outer Ring Road,” said Goenka.
The hotel is located opposite to Prestige Tech Park, which houses several companies like JP Morgan, Schneider Electric, Nokia and a stone’s throw away from other IT Parks like Cessna Business Park and RMZ Ecospace.
The hotel is located at a convenient junction which makes it easily accessible to Whitefield, Old Airport Road, and Sarjapura Road. It is located 35 km away from airport and well connected to the bus stand.
